The rate of improvement in my muscles has accelerated in the last few weeks since I was able to switch from the Ultimate Classic to the BTT 2.0 and add Oxybody Cherryberry to my protocol (due to resolving food allergies). Here are the improvements I'm noticing:
- (This is a bit difficult to explain.) When I started Youngevity 4 years ago, I couldn't straighten both legs unless my body was twisted to the left. After about 6 months I could stand straight with both legs straight, but I still constantly fell a pull to the left. I was standing waiting for a bus a few days ago and I realized that pull had gone.
- Up until recently, if I stretched my back, my left heel rose up from the floor. That has now resolved.
- For years I've been sitting with one of my legs stretched out in front of me. I can now sit with both legs tucked back under the chair. I still can't sit normally (with a 45 degree angle between my body and my legs), but at least I'm symmetrical and comfortable and I can straighten my back.
- Every morning when I get out of bed, I feel that my back and hips are a notch straighter. It's wonderful.
