Two days ago on Facebook, I posted some photos showing my hair is growing much better on top. That post has got 64 responses so far. This post will get far less, but the health improvement I’m about to describe, although being far less pleasant to talk about, will have a fair greater effect on my life.
The improvement in my hair has come through wearing stem cell activation patches (with a little help from some CBD oil and aloe vera shampoo/conditioner). I’ve been using light therapy patches for over 4 months now.
At the beginning of this week, I spent 2 days going around Eastbourne with my Korean friend, Daniel. I expected to pay a price for doing this because it meant that for 2 days, my eating/supplement routine was severely disrupted. Also, we ate in restaurants twice. I was expecting to have to spend the following week getting my gut function back into balance. But the expected problems SIMPLY DIDN’T MATERIALISE.
It's great to have thicker hair, but this improvement in my gut is life-changing. It means I am freer to disrupt my normal eating/supplement routine without paying for it. PTL.
